Ordering & Customisation 

1. How do I customize my cushions?

You can customise your cushions by selecting your preferred size, fabric and trim directly on the product page. Simply choose your options from the dropdown menus and the preview will update to reflect your selection.

2. Can I order a cushion in a custom size?

Yes! If you need a custom size that isn’t listed, please contact us at contact@thecosycushionshop.co.uk or through our contact form. We will be happy to create a bespoke piece just for you.

3. Do you offer fabric samples?

Yes, we offer fabric swatches so you can see and feel the material before placing an order. You can order samples here.

Production & Shipping

4. How long does it take to receive my order?

Since each cushion is made to order production typically takes 2-3 weeks, however, please check current shipping times as these may vary. Once your order has been dispatched this usually take 2-4 working days to arrive.

5. Can I get my cushions sooner?

If you need your cushion sooner please contact us before ordering. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Returns & Exchanges

6. What is your return policy?

Since our cushions are custom-made, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your cushion, and we will make it right.

Care & Maintenance

7. How do I clean my cushion?

Care instructions vary depending on the fabric. Most covers are spot cleaned only or dry clean is recommended.

8. What if my cushion covers have arrived, but my inserts have not?

Our inserts are custom-made by our third-party supplier and will arrive separately from your cushion covers. They are usually delivered within a few days before or after your covers. If you have not received your inserts within 7 days after your covers please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
